Compactors for Dust and Airlaid Nonwoven Textiles
Dust waste and air-laid textiles come from different companies like hygienic textiles (paper towels, toilet paper, diapers, napkins, etc.) producers. It comes as off-cuts or small pieces of textiles and or as dust particles from industrial exhaust systems. Dust waste or air-laid off-cuts pose a fire hazard and can also make the work environment unpleasant for the employees. Usually, dust is collected by a vacuum system or disposed of in big bags, but dust waste can be quite voluminous and airy. It can still whirl around to cause problems for the environment and employees.

With the RUNI dust screw compactor installed directly under the cell lock, the dust can be compacted directly into endless plastic bags and at a more reduced volume than the big bags. When the dust waste or air-laid fibers are compacted in the dust screw compactor, the fibers "die," and there is no longer a risk of fire hazard, leaving the environment and people working in the area safe. Call us if you need a machine for dust compaction.
